Mason’s Pottery Marks

From 1815

Pottery marks used by the Mason’s factory at Lane Delph, Staffordshire, England during their initial period of Ironstone production, starting 1815.

After 1920

Transfer-printed angular crown in various colours, including the pattern name.

After 1940

Transfer-printed angular crown and banner now also contain the phrase: “GUARANTEED PERMANENT & ACID RESISTING COLOURS”.

After 1950

Transfer-printed angular crown and banner, the phrase underneath now contains the word: “DETERGENT PROOF “.
